I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.

Red January 2025 - Day 4
Monday 6th Jan Red January Day 4 - Goal: 15 mins weighted hula hoop & 20 mins yoga. Actual 30 mins of each, lo gest hula hoop session so far, will feel it tomorrow 😂 Played a bit of Block Blast to pass the time and got a new high score, multi-tasking haha 🤣xx Share
Red January 2025 - Day 3
Friday 3rd Jan Red January Day 3 - Started the day with a 20 minute morning yoga session....Multiple mini HIIT Training style sessions taking down decorations and running up and down stairs to the loft to put them away (not really counting this but I'll feel it tomorrow 😂) Cycle goal - 15km, actual - 20km in 63 mins. Dory earworm kicked in again... Just keeeeep pedallliiiiing pedaaalllliiing 🤣🚴 #redjanuaryuk Share
Red January 2025 - Day 2
Thursday 2nd Jan Red January Day 2 - Loved stretching out with a 1650m swim in 47 mins, yoga session 15 mins, 4km walked 😄Felt everything clicking back into place... Sounded like a castanet or a Transformer 😂 First proper swim for a while, the goal was 50 lengths in 50 mins but did the Dory thaaang... Just keep swiiiimming 😄🐠🏊I did give the Lifeguard a heads up in case I needed to be hauled out with the big pole with leg cramps, first aider at the ready pleaaaase 😂 Not needed thankfully, but best to be prepared haha 😅xx Share
