My movement goal is to Run Every Day
This January, I'll be challenging myself to get active every day as part of the RED community.
Together, with REDers across the country, I'll be going the extra mile to support myself and others by raising funds for Sport in Mind.
I used to be an avid runner and exercised regularly but due t struggling with my own mental health this got impacted. I really want to get back to where I was and I thought challenging myself to RED January would be a great start. Even if I only run 1km that day I just want to get out the house and moving every day.
