I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.

My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.

Making a start

Wednesday 1st Jan
Got up late but managed a,brisk walk before it got dark or snowy. Got down to the sea,which was very rough, then back through the suburbs. A gentle start to the minth.
