Sunday 19th Jan Got my Mojo back yeaaaa! 5k done and in a quicker time than I’ve done in monthsssss! Enjoying running again! Share

Sunday 19th Jan Bit gutted but didnt feel like running, cough was playing up and felt really chesty and bleugh!! Share

Weds 15th Jan
Wednesday 15th Jan To make up for last nights lack of a run, I did another 5k and breezed it! Not felt that strong and fit in ages!!! Yay! 🙌🏼 💪🏽 🏃♀️ 🥳 Share

Wednesday 15th Jan Couldn’t run as Sam was away and I was in full on Mum duties!! Booo! 😝 Share

Wednesday 15th Jan So Friday I fell down a drain and busted my ankle so needed a few days to rest 😢
