I am taking part in RED January in memory of Andy aka Rocket
I’m taking part in RED January 2024 for MIND, in memory of my friend and colleague Andy also known as Rocket.
Andy very sadly took his own life in September , whilst I have struggled at times to come to terms with this, I can't begin to imagine what it is like for Andy.
I set myself a daily movement challenge during one of the toughest months of the year with the hope of averaging 5k of running every day
My fitness efforts combined with your support could back movement and mental health projects around the country, so everyone can enjoy the benefits that movement brings.
Together, we can go the extra mile for others!

Rocket was one of a kind and I have fond memories of working together. I very sad to hear this news, but good on you Kevin for doing this fundraising challenge. No one is immune to this, some of us have just not experienced our own breaking points to know, how quickly our mental health can change. So when we do feel invincible we need to do our best to support ourselves and each other to continue to feel that way.
