Just heard about this on an Action for Happiness zoom call. 
I'm a big fan of walking and have completed a few big hikes for charity on the past, last one was 26 miles. 
Have some MH issues which I mostly manage pretty well, but do have relapses from time to time. Walking always helps to set me right but sometimes i lack motivation. This sounded just my thing, it will hold me accountable I think and will inspire me to get moving every day. Looking forward to the rest of January.
