Week 3
Saturday 18th Jan This week has been a bit of a struggle as I've been battling a cold, and the opportunities to walk during my workdays have been limited due to various factors. However, despite these challenges, I've made sure to get on the treadmill at the end of each day and push myself to reach my goal. Share
Week 2
Friday 10th Jan I’m now into my second week of hitting 10k steps a day, and I’ve reached my goal every day this week, even on those busy workdays—though I just managed it on Monday! I’ve been leaving my car behind whenever possible, and I’ve actually really enjoyed the wintery weather—it’s made walking outside even more enjoyable. Share
