What’s your reason to rise this January?

I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.

My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.

Together we can move mountains.

GFWR walking workout focus (fat burn). Highest step count in several montjs’

Lots more energy - completed a #GFWR walking workout (boxing & standing abs) followed a return to my favourite dance workouts (Hip Hop Fit).

Walked 2.17 miles on the treadmill.

1st day of Petrine back to fitness after a broken ankle by completiing a GFWR walking workout (5183 steps = 1.72 miles.
