Thank you so much Hannah for everything you do, and for including me in your team. RED January is a wonderful movement and has helped so many of us. I carry each and every one of you in my heart, and will never forget New Year's Day when got myself out of bed, full of grief after losing my mother, getting into the bath and then telling myself all I need to do now is get my RED kit on and get to the startline at parkrun ❤️ it saved my life x
