What’s your reason to rise this January?
Over the last year, I’ve really started to love exercise and the way it impacts my mood, specifically helping me to channel my anxiety and naturally get a dose of feel-good.
With exercise becoming somewhat of a constant in my life, I want to see if I can do 30 minutes of daily activity in January 2025. Whether it’s a walk, yoga class or PT session, my goal is simply to move more to feel better and keep the January blues at bay.
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.
