What’s your reason to rise this January?
I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.
I've been a REDer since 2018 and it give me the focus on my own mental wellbeing. It gives me a fantastic purpose to be able to share my own journey around physical activity and the benefits this can have.
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.
Together we can move mountains.

The great thing is that with RED you move however you want 😊 I've done 4 different activities for the first 4 days which is great variability! My own goals for 2025 this year are to do a minimum of 20 minutes every single day, but the second one I need your help 🫵🏻 As it's the 10th year I wanted to make something special which is an official RED January playlist for the 10th anniversary ♥️ some of which I need your help with. We need songs (31 precisely) on this playlist and that comes down to you, so if you have a favourite song you workout or exercise to then comment below! Like others songs as well! There will be a few selected songs from some very special members of the RED movement starting with @han_beecham the founder! The song selected is Vogue by Madonna!
