Movement that works for you
RED January is for everyone and exists to support people to boost their activity levels and wellbeing in whatever ways works for them. We know that for people living with a long term health condition how you feel can be unpredictable and that can mean some days are easier than others to get moving.
We’ve teamed up with our friends at We Are Undefeatable to suggest ways to get active which could work for you. Moving more doesn’t have to mean traditional exercise and finding something you like means you are more likely to keep doing it. Most importantly they believe that every achievement, no matter how small it might seem to someone else, is worth celebrating!
