RED (Rise Every Day) January 2025 - Why?

Hello everyone,

We have joined RED January to give us a personal challenge and to help others in need.  

Please help sponsor Brad & Paul's challenge to run everyday in January at least 5km. This will help us raise some money for the Mind over Mountains charity. This is a mental health and wellbeing group that combines support and mindfulness with outdoor activities.
