I’ve joined RED January 2025 to challenge myself - I plan on doing this by walking, running (or a mixture of both) a MINIMUM distance of 5k a day for the 31 days (155k in total).
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature ... Together we can move mountains!
