What’s your reason to rise this January?
January cal be a gloomy time but I always find it a good time to start things..problem is I don’t often continue! My goal is to lose weight and get my fitness back and this challenge will help me get on track. Â
I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement and connection in nature.
