I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day during one of the most challenging months of the year.
This January I’m aiming to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and challenge myself to do more if I hit that target.
My fitness efforts combined with your support will help RED’s official charity partner, Mind Over Mountains, reach anyone struggling with their mental health to gain the benefits of movement.
