What’s your reason to rise this January?
I’ve joined RED January 2025 and I’m going to rise each day and walk or run (and if you know me you know I'm not a runner these days!) 5km during one of the most challenging months of the year, to support the charity I'm working with - Mind Over Mountains - that offers outdoor mental wellbeing support.
